We loved that our driver and the limo were outfitted with our wedding colors, and when we arrived at the reception alot of people that weren't at the wedding thought that he was part of our wedding party. Just wanted to drop you a line to express my gratitude for providing such excellent, professional service to your customers. From my observation, not one detail was overlooked. The car was immaculate and nicely decorated w/ balloons, banners, napkins in the glassware (my wife's favorite colors), champagne, etc. Our driver, Glen, was nothing shy of outstanding-- prompt, professional and patient ( especially while I was trying to learn how to work the DVD and CD. My wife was truly impressed and appropriately pampered on her special day.

I want to thank you, first and foremost, for what was considered by all in our group a really first-class limousine experience. Our trip to the Rose Bowl couldn't have been better. Jon, you really did your homework and it was obvious to all of us that it paid off handsomely. Ease of logistics in getting to and from Pasadena, as well as in and around the Rose Bowl itself, far exceeded our expectations. That doesn't happen by accident - you did a great job. Sean was the consummate driver - professional, considerate, kind and courteous - I can't say enough good things about him. Please give him our thanks again and a job-well-done report from us. I commend you on your choice of drivers for us - you couldn't have made a better selection for our group.

When in or around San Diego and in need of limo service, I will undoubtedly think of you and your company. We had the distinct pleasure to take a trip up to Manhattan Beach on Friday, May 21 in one of your incredible limos. What made our trip particulary special was our driver, Glen.
Glen arrived promptly at our door! We were traveling with my Mother who was in a wheelchair and Glen couldn't have been more accommodating! He was gentle and patient as she slowly moved from her chair into the limo. Glen's demeanor was incredible! He was professional and courteous and just a delight!
You cannot imagine how thrilled we were when Glen arrived in Torrance to take us back to San Diego in your Town Car! Again, it was a delightful trip back. He is a great driver and we were sad when the trip was over!

From the time that our drivers picked us up to the time we were dropped off, we recognized the best service imaginable. My wife and I have been looking forward to our oldest child's graduation from college since the day she was born. We did all the things that proud parents do: form a college education trust account, provide support and encouragement, and be there for the ups and downs that are a normal part of life. I share this so that you understand how important her graduation day at UCLA was for us. We wanted everything to be perfect. And that is exactly what Town Limousine provided - outstanding, exemplary perfection to every detail.

We wanted to share this special occasion with our daughter's elderly grandparents, one of whom was undergoing radiation treatments for cancer and unable to walk great distances. We also knew that parking and traffic would be a difficult problem, creating undue stress under even the most optimal conditions. And lastly, our dinner reservations at a Westwood restaurant with a high Zigot rating would make our return to San Diego very, very late.

Using your service, we left San Diego for UCLA's Paulie Pavillion and arrived in plenty of time to join in the pre-ceremony fun. We picked our daughter up at her apartment, the "turned" the limo over to her. The driver, Sean, was professional, flexible, and exceptional at following directions and maneuvering the limousine around tight spots and curvy streets. We were always conveniently within the closest proximity to our destinations, on time to where ever we needed to be, and never had to wait to be picked up even when giving Sean a description of a location without a street address. We returned comfortably at 1:30 am with the grandparents restfully dozing, and the rest of us watching a movie fro the extensive DVD collection offered.

We are no strangers to limousine services and companies. We rate yours as eminently outstanding in every detail. Given a choice, we will use no other. Thank you for providing all of us with the memories that we will forever cherish.

I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated the excellent service I received from your company last week!

We spoke several times as I was arranging transportation to and from a surgery center in Encinitas. You were most polite and helpful in arranging a beautiful limo for me...assisting me in one aspect of a stressful day!

And I really wanted to compliment you on my excellent driver, Phil (I believe that was his name, I was pretty groggy that day!), He was extremely professional and courteous, arriving ahead of schedule here at my home and ready for me when I was released from the surgery center. I had a most enjoyable ride up to Encinitas and even in my horrible condition upon release ( bandaged, barely able to see, drugged and in pain), Phil was kind and encouraging, smoothly negotiating the busy freeway as I lay in back. He had to physically help me to my home which I feel is above and beyond the call of his normal duties! A very, very nice fellow you have there.

I will and already have highly recommended your service to my friends. The next time I have a need for a limousine, hopefully under more pleasant circumstances, I will certainly give you a call. And I will definitely request my excellent driver!
